Founded in 2021, after 16 years in Property, Helen began North Devon Co Host. The service was to provide management to holiday let properties. At this time we arranged cleans, linen, maintenance and carry out property inspections.
3 years on, still offering those same services to our clients, our team has grown to its own cleaning staff, maintenance staff and an in house laundry.
Being a local North Devon company we are very well connected in the local area and can provide quick and efficient services to our clients.
We pride ourselves on tailoring our service to our clients and taking the best possible care of their investment.
